- You have 30 days from purchase to return your item(s) back to our Fulfilment Center.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags.
- Item(s) must be unused with the original tags still attached.
- Any products returned with a sign of damage – original factory seal tampered or original retail packaging damaged due to mis-handling/mis-use while in the customer’s possession will prohibit refund/exchange of the relevant items.
If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange or refund purposes, please note that we will not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.
You are responsible for returning the goods in good condition at your own cost unless the goods are faulty, incorrectly shipped. The cost of Standard shipping ($6.99) / Express shipping ($9.99) will be deducted from your order, prior to the refund being issues to your original payment method.
We aim to issue refunds within 5 working days of the return shipment being received and checked.
